WeDoSupport is growing tremendously, and we continue to conquer new countries!

Now we're looking for Remote Norwegian & English speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM (with an option of working 17 PM - 02 AM) which is rotating each week;

Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;

OR

Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM

Working days: 3 days work, 3 days off;

Entry level position - you can apply with little or no experience.

  • Providing support in Norwegian and English by email and Live chats;
  • Processing with great attention to details and content;
  • Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
  • Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
