BettingJobs is partnering with a new crypto casino in their search to find a Support Agent to join their team. This role is remote role based in Europe as a B2B contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via multiple channels (live chat and email) to resolve player inquiries related to gaming issues, account management, payment queries, promotions, and technical support.
  • Handle player complaints and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Assist players with account creation, password resets, deposit/withdrawal queries, bonuses, and other account-related matters.
  • Stay up to date on all company products, promotions, terms, and conditions to provide accurate information to players.
