Customer Support Agent

We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists (m/d) to join our client's operation in Porto.

Main responsibility:

Support customers throughout the process of selling and buying cars on the online platform, ensuring a clear and efficient experience.

Workplace:
Remote – based in Portugal

Note: You may be required to go to the office occasionally (Porto).

Schedule:
Monday–Sunday rotation

• Standard shifts:
09:00–18:00

• One late shift per week: 11:00–20:00
