**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
Monitor and track the status of drivers and their shipments.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure driver satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
Experience in cold calling is extremely important and highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation**:
The first month is a training period, during which the company will invest significant resources in teaching and onboarding.
During this training period, the pay is $150.
After the first month, if expectations are met, the pay could be increased to $190
Immediate promotions are available afterwards, with salary increases to $230, followed by $300 once goals are successfully met
**Working Hours**:
On-call 24/7 to meet the needs of our drivers.
Main business hours are based on Chicago time.
Pay: $12,500.00 - $16,000.00 per month
