Penguin Random House is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Support and Analytics Representative to join our team in Westminster Maryland. This position can either be office based or remote.

The regular working hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Candidates must have a professional and natural communication style. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to cross-train through a broad range of functions and be committed to providing exceptional service. In

addition, the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and results driven environment – while embracing our high standard of professional ethics is required.
