Customer Support and Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support and Operations Associate to ensure smooth execution of backend processes, including credit applications, KYC/KYB checks, disbursement, and servicing. This role involves direct communication with customers and partners, requiring strong operational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
