We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to support daily customer operations, customer interactions, and invoicing processes.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to handle customer communication, invoicing, and strong phone etiquette and written communication

The ideal candidate is a strong organizational skills and excellent phone etiquette.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Part-time role: 2pm to 6pm CST (Monday to Friday)

Remote position with structured hours.

Ideal Candidate/Requirements

  • Strong phone etiquette and written communication
  • CRM experience (preferred, not required)
  • Critical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • High attention to detail and urgency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes
  • Experience working with professionals (attorneys, real estate agents, title companies, etc.)
  • ADVANCED ENGLISH
