As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the Customer Support Representative team
  • Handle quote processing and customer order entry.
  • Retrieve shipping documents and certificates from the system and promptly email them to customers.
  • Retrieve and distribute invoices and Statements of Account from the system via email to customers and other Regional Sales Managers upon request.
  • Keep track of urgent orders, providing customers with updates on their status and shipping details.
  • Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) received through the customer portal as necessary.
  • Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to customers' portals.
