Banking Customer Support Associate – Hindi Voice Process

Location: Pattabiram, Chennai

Job Description:

Teleperformance is hiring for a Banking Voice Process to handle customer interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment .

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible
• Languages Required: Hindi & English

Salary Package:

• Freshers: ₹16,000 Take-Home
• Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 Take-Home

Shifts & Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 days working
• Week Off: 1 rotational off
• Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts
