**Position**:
Customer Support Associate II
Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
- Filling QI Forms and provide follow up to Formal QI claims until having a solution for the customer.
