Customer Support Associate — New Opportunity

We’re supporting a partner company in finding a Customer Support Associate to assist customers and help ensure a positive service experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is communicative, patient, and comfortable working directly with users to resolve questions and issues.

What you’ll be working on


- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tools


- Assisting users with basic product or service questions


- Troubleshooting common issues and escalating when needed


- Documenting interactions and updating support records


- Following support guidelines and service standards


- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
