Role: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process)


Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails

• Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution

• Maintain logs, update CRM, and track open tickets

• Coordinate with operations and field teams for service completion

• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level metrics

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction


Requirements

  • • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • • Ability to manage both voice and non-voice tasks
  • • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • • Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
