Job Description

The Customer Support Associate is the front line of our relationship with customers. This role is responsible for providing timely, effective, and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries and technical issues. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a patient problem-solver, and proficient in managing diverse support activities, including both inbound service requests and proactive outbound follow-up , to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
