- 1. Maintain Art Glass Accounts within OGT Policies & Procedures - Enter purchase orders & send order acknowledgements. Manage changes associated with glass orders and provide open order summarys when needed. Order database cleanup and maintenance. Collaborate with the US Sales Team regarding daily account management, including but not limited to order status, change orders, and inventory management. Respond to inquiries regarding inventory, lead times, order status, & shipping information. Maintain customer contacts and account details.2. Compile external Inventory Lists to be distributed to AG Customers Weekly and other reports as needed.3. Art Glass MX Liaison - Collaborate with the production, planning, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding availability and shipments.4.
