Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Vidya Jeevan, Knowledge Park – I, Greater Noida

Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Greater Noida / Delhi NCR


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and attentive communication with students and parents.
  • Manage and guide students within the institute premises.
  • Maintain data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update records accurately.
  • Work on Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
  • Escalate issues to the management team when required.
  • Provide basic tech support (system login, form updates, simple troubleshooting) when needed.
