We are hiring for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team!

Job Duties/Description:

  • Work directly with B2B customers, sales, and production team to ensure jobs are completed to customer specifications.
  • Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs.
  • Receives quotes, reviews for detail and accuracy, coordinates with Estimating.
  • Create production tickets using the estimate information from sales and/or the customer.
  • Manage specific projects and ensure projects are completed by the deadline.
  • Provide feedback to customers and our team regarding issues that may affect the project, quality, and/or delivery.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention.
