We are hiring for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team!
Job Duties/Description:
Work directly with B2B customers, sales, and production team to ensure jobs are completed to customer specifications. Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs. Receives quotes, reviews for detail and accuracy, coordinates with Estimating. Create production tickets using the estimate information from sales and/or the customer. Manage specific projects and ensure projects are completed by the deadline. Provide feedback to customers and our team regarding issues that may affect the project, quality, and/or delivery. Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention. Requirements:
