We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Support & Document Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients and their families. This role combines inbound and outbound phone support, client onboarding, document coordination, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth, compliant, and compassionate client experience from first contact through onboarding completion.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about our services
  • Conduct initial caregiver and client interviews to gather relevant information regarding needs, preferences, and eligibility
  • Guide prospective clients and their families through the onboarding process, building rapport while clearly explaining program benefits and financial responsibilities
