- The customer support engineer is in charge to adminístrate and provide help to the engine owner on the follow up of the shop visit processes, he participates to the daily gate revisión meetings, he helps to analyze technical shop findings report from subcontracted repair vendors and elaborate engine condition reports, elaborate on weekly status reports and eventually repaired and replaced parts report if required by customer although not limited to support other functions related to the shop visit follow up.
