Job Responsibilities
1. Actively participate in various training programs organized by the company to enhance after-sales service capabilities and service quality.
2. Provide timely and effective after-sales service support to customers in accordance with company norms and requirements.
3. Be responsible for handling online and on-site machine quality issues for customers in the market covered by the subsidiary.
4. Be responsible for applying for warranty spare parts of the equipment for the market covered by the subsidiary.
5. Be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment in the market covered by the subsidiary.
6. Be responsible for providing training to customers on operation and use, maintenance, and simple problem-solving.
