채용제목 Customer Support Engineer (지원마감) 회사소개 Global Semiconductor 업무내용/자격요건 [Main Responsibilities]
- Investigate issues reported by customers in the field
- Active participation in on-site customer design debugging and reporting
- Create technical documents
- Coordinate customer problem solving between R&D div. in Company and Customers
- Participate and coordinate local test lab activities for certifications
[Requirements]
- Understand of wireless systems in mobile handset, CPE, MiFi, dongles
- Hand-on experience in trouble shooting, and ability to use test lab equipment
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G standards, and its RF relationships
[Competencies]
- Ability to write complicated technical articles in easy understandable English
- Good analytical skill to categorizing, identifying, and verification of issues
- Software knowhow in application layers is a plus
