About the role

The Customer Support Executive supports Binal International's after-sales and service operations by handling customer communications, coordinating service activities, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. This role requires strong ownership, organisation skills and coordination in a hands-on operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and internal teams
  • Collect accurate customer, site, and equipment information
  • Log and document service calls, repairs, installations, and warehouse jobs
  • Coordinate schedules with technicians, contractors, and vendors
  • Provide job updates and follow through until completion
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, quotations, and customer approvals
  • Track warehouse tasks and ensure proper job closure
  • Escalate complex issues and support the operations team as needed
