  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain proper call documentation and follow communication protocols
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

  • Hebbal Location:
  • Good English + Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu

Work Schedule:

  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
