- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper call documentation and follow communication protocols
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

- Good English + Malayalam / Tamil
- Hebbal Location:
- Good English + Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
