Job Description

Work Schedule & Support Model:
This role involves 24x7 rotational shift support.
Employees will work 5 days per week, with weekly offs assigned on a rotational basis.
Shift rotations occur once every two months.
Work-from-home is permitted during night shifts, subject to company policy.
Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Understands technology, how back end systems work, some basic knowledge should suffice Support customers via email, chat or on call.
Gen AI understanding.
Experience in Saas, preferably start-up
Support via chat, email and call
Understanding of diff technologies (API, scripting) etc
