At Transport Simple, we’re transforming how fleet owners manage their operations with our unique Saa S solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our expanding customer base. What You’ll Do
POC for all the customers.
Solve queries via calls, chats & emails in Hindi & English (written and verbal – compulsory)
Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
Skills Required
Experience: Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software/IT company.
Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English
Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication, active listening, empathy, and patience.
Customer Handling: Ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
