Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field Excellent communication skills in spoken and written (English, Hindi, , Bengali, Guajarati, kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telgue) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Adaptability to work in shifts and maintain a customer-centric approach Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures.
