We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Vivint Process (Voice & Chat) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Broadcast / Wi-Fi technical troubleshooting and prior exposure to international chat support environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customers via Voice & Chat support
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, broadcast, and connectivity-related issues
  • Provide end-to-end technical assistance and accurate resolutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow SOPs , quality standards, and maintain proper documentation

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in Broadcast / Wi-Fi Technical Support
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in International Chat Process
