Handle customer queries via chat support

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers

Maintain quality, productivity, and SLA standards

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC with relevant experience

Graduates – Freshers welcome

Good written English communication skills

Basic computer knowledge required

Salary:

Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Shift & Working Details:

Rotational night shifts

5 days working

2 rotational weekly offs
