Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to shipments and service requests.

  • * Address customer queries and concerns and ensure resolution within defined TATs.

  • * Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to arrange pick-ups and deliveries as per customer requirements.

  • * Track consignments and provide timely and accurate status updates to customers.

  • * Prepare and share daily / weekly MIS and service reports with clients.

  • * Maintain proper documentation and update records in CRM / internal systems.

  • * Escalate unresolved issues to seniors and follow up for closure.

  • * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
