Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to shipments and service requests.

* Address customer queries and concerns and ensure resolution within defined TATs.

* Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to arrange pick-ups and deliveries as per customer requirements.

* Track consignments and provide timely and accurate status updates to customers.
-
* Prepare and share daily / weekly MIS and service reports with clients.
-
* Maintain proper documentation and update records in CRM / internal systems.
-
* Escalate unresolved issues to seniors and follow up for closure.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
