Role Description

The Customer Support Executive at Cookd is responsible for delivering a warm, reliable, and timely customer experience across all touchpoints.

We're looking for someone who is not just good at customer handling, but also a genuine fan of the Cookd brand someone who understands our products, relates to our customers, and cares deeply about how Cookd shows up in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer handling experience (e-commerce / D2C preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive responsibilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and courier partner dashboards
  • Positive attitude with empathy and a customer-first mindset
