Role: Customer Support Executive (International Chat Support)
Domain : Logistics Process
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year (Experience in Shipping Exports Documentation or Bill of Lading process)
- Freshers: Must be flexible to work in any shift (fixed/rotational)
- 2 Way Cab will be profided
Work Schedule:
Shift Timings:
- Any shifts fixed or rotational the typical shift start times are 7 AM, 12:30 PM, 4 PM, 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
- 5 Days work and 2 days rotational week offs.
- Education: Should not be pursuing or planning to pursue PG degrees.
- Location: Chennai candidates only.
Salary:
- Fresher - 14,000 Take Home / 17,000 CTC
- Experienced - Max up to 2.85 LPA
