At TransportSimple, we’re transforming how fleet owners manage their operations with our unique SaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our expanding customer base.What You’ll Do
- POC for all the customers.
- Solve queries via calls, chats & emails in Hindi & English (written and verbal – compulsory)
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
- Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
Skills Required
- Experience: Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software/IT company.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English
