We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, customer-focused, and capable of handling client interactions professionally through calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Follow company processes and service standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer support or client handling is preferred
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM tools, MS Office)
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience in BPO, customer service, or client coordination roles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
