Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Sales Representative specializing in outbound calling to drive revenue through lead generation and client acquisition. The role focuses on English-speaking markets, requiring excellent communication skills and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients, qualifying leads and closing sales.
Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (e.g., 20 qualified appointments or 10 deals).
Handle objections effectively and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.
Report weekly pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree or equivalent; 2+ years in telesales or customer outreach preferred.
Fluency in English (excellent spoken and listening skills essential).
Female candidates preferred to align with client demographics and team composition.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and MS Office.
Strong resilience, target-driven mindset, and ability to work in rotational shifts.

Skills and Competencies

Persuasive communication and rapport-building over phone.
Basic product knowledge (training provided); quick learner.
High energy, organized, and results-oriented.

Requirements
Proven experience in handling end-to-end Power BI projects. Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs), and wireframing. Hands-on expertise in data mining and representation through Power BI. Ability to communicate with potential stakeholders and explain insights effectively. Familiarity with position mapping and its business implications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
