Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries across calls, emails, and chat channels.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Provide expert assistance and guidance in the Finance/Mutual Funds domain.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Support (voice, email, and chat).
Strong understanding of the Finance Domain , especially Mutual Funds (mandatory).
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
