Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, effective system adoption, and ongoing client support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

Client Training & Onboarding

Train client personnel on system usage, features, and workflows.

Ensure a smooth transition during onboarding and deployment phases.

Assist clients in understanding best practices for effective system utilization.

Client Support & Adoption

Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor system adoption and usage to ensure client comfort and confidence.

Proactively guide clients to improve engagement and operational efficiency.
