We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English , customer-focused, and capable of handling client interactions professionally through calls, emails, and chat.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Follow company processes and service standards


Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer support or client handling is preferred
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM tools, MS Office)
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment


Preferred:
  • Experience in BPO, customer service, or client coordination roles
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
