Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive (BPO/KPO) :

  • To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats and Calls.
  • Resolve the Customer issue for International Customer
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
  • Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries
  • Key Skills:
    The candidates with excellent spoken English, good communication skills. Fresher and experienced both can apply.

  • Qualification: Fresh candidate / Experienced / Any Graduate / Any under Graduate /Candidate from any Stream with good command over the English
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Job Timings: Multiple Shift Options
  • Job Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad.
  • Experience: 1 year or fresher if he/she is really good to perform task. International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
  • Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month – Varies based on experience and interview
