Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive (BPO/KPO) :
To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats and Calls. Resolve the Customer issue for International Customer To provide the best resolution to the customers. Maintain the better relationship with the customers. Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries Key Skills:
The candidates with excellent spoken English, good communication skills. Fresher and experienced both can apply.
Qualification: Fresh candidate / Experienced / Any Graduate / Any under Graduate /Candidate from any Stream with good command over the English Working Days: 5 days working Job Timings: Multiple Shift Options Job Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad. Experience: 1 year or fresher if he/she is really good to perform task. International voice process: 1 year (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month – Varies based on experience and interview
