Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients
  • Resolve product or service-related queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Meet service quality standards and KPIs
  • Adapt to rotational and night shifts as per business needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Graduate / Undergraduate / Fresher or experienced candidates
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
