- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients
- Resolve product or service-related queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet service quality standards and KPIs
- Adapt to rotational and night shifts as per business needs

- Graduate / Undergraduate / Fresher or experienced candidates
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
