Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English , customer-focused, and capable of handling client interactions professionally through calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
Follow company processes and service standards
Required Qualifications & Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in customer support or client handling is preferred
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM tools, MS Office)
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred: Experience in BPO, customer service, or client coordination roles
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
