Job Description
- Handle customer queries efficiently via voice and non-voice channels (international process)
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Work in rotational shifts across 5.5 working days per week
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
