Job Description

  • Handle customer queries efficiently via voice and non-voice channels (international process)
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers
  • Work in rotational shifts across 5.5 working days per week
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
