Job Description:


 


1. Excellent Communication Skills:



  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.


2. Educational Background:



  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles will be an added advantage.


3. Field Support:



  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-field to understand their requirements and provide personalized support.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination in addressing customer needs.


4. Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


5. Problem Resolution:



  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.


6. Documentation and Reporting:



  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Generate reports on customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall customer experience.
