Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct on-site implementation and training sessions for software products such as ERP, CRM, GST, Export, Payroll, and HRMS.


  • Provide hands-on support during the software implementation process and address client queries effectively.


  • Ensure seamless integration of software with the clients existing processes and systems.


  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.


  • Gather feedback from clients and coordinate with the development team to improve the software.


Key Requirements:


  • Proficiency in on-site implementation, excellent communication, adaptability, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • MS Word and Excel[Check Version, Installation, Functions, Data List, etc..], Outlook , SQL [Database, Joints, Triggers, Table etc.] & Crystal Report is must


Timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Work days- Monday to Saturday
