Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice calls, live chat, and email professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues proactively and escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines.
- Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer experience.
