We are hiring Customer Support Executives – Voice Process for a leading MNC in Noida. The role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls and delivering high-quality support to domestic and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
- Manage client escalation handling and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform client retention–related activities to improve customer satisfaction.
