Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
Manage client escalation handling and ensure timely resolution.
Perform client retention–related activities to improve customer satisfaction.
