Profile/Designation: Customer Service Officer (Level 2)
Experience: 1 - 4+ years in International Voice process
Location: Pune, Magarpatta
Shift: US Shift
Salary range: 3.80LPA to 4LPA (based on last CTC)
Skills:
- Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel
- Must have basic computer skills (Navigation and toggling between multiple screens)
- Must have good typing speed with 30-35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Must be willing to work in flexible shifts (Night Shifts), multitask and be adaptable to change
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong navigation skills
- Proven experience in insurance domain
