We are looking for fresher customer support executive. As a Customer Support Executive for Jewelry on Etsy, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our buyers. You will be working closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities


Provide exceptional customer service to our buyers on Etsy


Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email and chat


Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner


Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues


Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings as well as industry trends and best practices


Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities



Skills and Qualifications


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Strong problem-solving skills


Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


Experience with CRM software and tools


Attention to detail


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
