Job Description

Collaborate with the Customer Relations Executive to obtain a list of projects requiring installation.

Provide timely assistance to customers post-purchase, resolving any issues or inquiries related to products, services, or installation

Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., technical support, logistics) for resolution.

Schedule installation dates with installers and adjust schedules when necessary.

Serve as the primary coordinator for resolving any post-installation issues, such as water leakage, high voltage, or other
technical concerns.

Handle the configuration of inverters for local projects and set up dongle connection for all residential projects to ensure
systems are set up correctly.

Provide energization support as needed, either remotely via phone or in person, depending on the complexity of the issue.
